August 29, 2015 Dover, NH Karen and Charlie dated for eight years before he proposed the day after Christmas. A pilot, Charlie got home at 2 a.m. Karen waited up for him. When Charlie insisted that she open a few of her gifts, Karen reluctantly agreed. One of them was a ring. “I saw it and thought ‘oh no, here I am wearing my reindeer pajamas and he’s proposing’!” she says. The couple wanted a relaxed wedding, “nothing typical,” Karen says. September 27th, 2014 Kennebunkport, ME Maine has been a constant theme in Jessie’s life. She attended summer camp there as a child, then attended Bates College in Lewiston. It was the logical choice, then, for her wedding to Mark. The wedding and reception were held at Hidden Pond Resort in Kennebunkport, which offered a number of perks for guests: biking, paddle boarding, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful seaside community.
