Thanks to their families and friends, Jackie and James – who are originally from the Boston area – were up to the challenge. James proposed to Jackie on her birthday, December 30, 2013, three days before they moved from Chicago to Sydney, Australia. “We knew we’d be planning a wedding from afar,” says Jackie.
