April 26, 2025 Bowdoinham, ME What started as a dating-app first date—cribbage and some brews at Maine Beer Co. in Freeport—ended up being a beautiful wedding at The Barn at Hatch Point, a unique and somewhat remote setting in Bowdoinham. “Brandon actually found the venue online, and we liked it before we even saw it,” says Megan. “The property is beautiful, and the owners were lovely to work with.” Megan says the lodging on site was a big draw for the couple, with five cabins and five “glamping” tents for the wedding party to stay in.
